Ewa is a senior teacher with a degree in Second Language Acquisition (SLA) and over 20 years of teaching experience. Her training also includes special needs education, coaching, and mentoring. She has taught diverse courses at various adult and secondary education levels and has been an examiner and assessor.
From 2012 to 2022, Ewa served on the Norwegian Ministry of Education’s Exam Development Commission, designing written foreign language exams for upper-secondary education. She also worked on developing oral exams for various upper-secondary schools in Norway.
She applies her expertise in teacher-student training, mentoring, and professional coaching. Currently, Ewa focuses on:

Stan Malicki is a licensed clinical psychologist with over three decades of work experience in mental health. He’s been trained in various psychotherapy schools and certified as a teacher/supervisor in two of them: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Between 2015 and 2018, he coordinated a clinical research project at Akershus University Hospital in Norway. The project focused on an integrative treatment for recurrent depression, combining CBT, ACT, and Compassion-Focused therapy into one coherent intervention, known as Emotional Safeness Therapy. This project subsequently led to the development of the Matrix of Wellbeing.
Between 2013 and 2018, he presented his work at twelve international conferences on three continents during twenty sessions. You can see a complete list of the conference talks here.
